For use in 3 sink glass, dish and utensil washing operations use 1/2 to 2 ounces of detergent per gallon of warm water in the wash sink. Dip, soak or brush glasses, cups or dishes, then rinse thoroughly in clear potable water in the second stage. Sanitize in the third stage by submerging item in the sanitizing solution as directed. Shake off excess sanitizer and put in drain rack to allow runoff and air drying
