For washer-disinfectors and cart washer applications, dose One & Done! between 0.1-1.0 oz./gal. of water (0.8-8.0 mL/L), according to water quality and typical soil load. Adjust phase settings to eliminate the enzyme phase on the wash cycle. Set detergent phase to run for 4 minutes at 120°-130°F (49°- 54°C). Detergent can be dosed at machine’s ambient temperature. Consult the machine manufacturer’s directions for use of the specific machine being used.
