AUTOMATIC DISPENSING SYSTEMS should be programmed to inject correct amount of sour/neutralizer into the pre-rinse fill cycle at the rate of 3 -10 oz. per 100 pounds of dry linen. Run a test load of troublesome laundry and observe results. Check for alkali or acid residue and adjust alkaline builder/ break or sour/neutralizer as required.
