This ready-to-use oven and grill cleaner contains strong alkali, detergent builders and surfactants to penetrate, emulsify and saponify soil, food, grease and carbon deposits. Its performance is enhanced by thickening agents which allow it to be sprayed through a conventional trigger sprayer, yet enhance its “hang time” on soiled surfaces, chemically “scrubbing” them clean.
